It’s designed to maximize energy transfer to the golf ball, yielding unparalleled distance and accuracy with each swing.”

On the PGA Tour, Aldila once again dominated the wood and hybrid shaft manufacturer counts on the PGA Tour. At The Heritage “The Hottest Shafts In Golf” won the wood and hybrid shaft manufacturer counts by having 23 more wood shafts and nearly double the amount of hybrid shafts in play than their closest competitor, according to the Darrell Survey. Aldila has won both wood and hybrid shaft manufacturer counts 14 out of the past 15 weeks.

Tour players continually seek out Aldila’s proven patented shaft design technologies. Their Micro Laminate (MLT), Stabilized Core (S-core) and Reverse Interlaminar Placement (RIP) technologies, each offer players of all abilities optimum performance to maximize the potential of their individual swings.

April 19, 2011 – POWAY, Calif. – The winner and second place finisher at the Valero Texas Open both benefited from Aldila’s cutting edge shaft technologies. The champion notched his first PGA Tour victory with the help of Aldila’s VS Proto™ shaft featuring their innovative Next Generation Micro Laminate Technology™. It was Aldila’s RIP Technology™ that helped the second place finisher post his best finish on the PGA Tour.

“Aldila’s three patented shaft design technologies; Micro Laminate (MLT), Stabilized Core (S-core) and Reverse Interlaminar Placement (RIP), each offers players of all abilities optimum performance to maximize the potential of their individual swings,” said Stewart Bahl, Aldila’s Marketing Manager.

Through the use of ultra thin layers of premium aerospace graphite matched with a proprietary thin profile shaft design, Aldila was able to eliminate ‘dead zones’ in the shaft for precise feel known as Micro Laminate Technology™. Aldila’s S-core Technology™ provides the golfer with stability through an innovative design incorporating a one-piece carbon fiber rib system. This helps the shaft stay more concentric during the golf swing thereby transferring maximum energy. Their RIP Technology™ transforms the shaft from the inside out and features lower torque, increased tip stability and better tips stiffness control.

“The Hottest Shafts In Golf” captured the wood and hybrid shaft manufacturer counts at the Valero Texas Open making it 13 out of 14 weeks that Aldila has won both shaft counts on the PGA Tour, according to the Darrell Survey.
